Forged in 2014 in the industrial city of Rybnik, Ironbound was born from a pact between three friends—Zbigniew, Adam, and Krzysztof—to create pure heavy metal. Joined by guitarist Michał and later frontman Łukasz, the band quickly made their mark with the EP She Devil and their 2018 single The Witch Hunt / Lifesblood . Their acclaimed debut album The Lightbringer (2021) became one of Ossuary Records’ bestsellers, firmly establishing Ironbound as a rising force in the underground scene.
With Serpent’s Kiss , Ironbound sharpen their steel, expanding on their signature sound with even more power, precision, and authenticity. The album blends galloping riffs, soaring vocals, and anthemic choruses into a record that feels both timeless and urgent. Each track reflects the band’s unwavering devotion to classic heavy metal, while pushing their songwriting and identity to new heights.
Serpent’s Kiss was produced by Ironbound, with drums tracked at Lighthouse Audio and the rest recorded at the band’s own Ironbound Studio . Mixing and mastering were handled by Daniel Azar Arendarski at Lighthouse Audio, ensuring a sound that is as sharp as the serpent’s fangs. The striking cover art was created by renowned illustrator Mariusz Gandzel .
